Pair of very sweet antique Kewpie doll figures. Called 'The Thinkers', they are both signed O'Neill for the creator Rosie O'Neill. One of the figures has the number 29 painted on it, as well as the signature.
Each have side glancing eyes, small blue wings, watermelon mouths, and their small blue topknots. Very nice bisque. Condition: Very nice. One of the figures has a small rough glaze mark on one cheek (during manufacture), but does not really detract from the appearance. Size: Height- 4 1/8 inches. |
