The details are all hand worked. It has a beautiful 5.2mm blue sapphire set in the middle of an 18-karat white gold filigree setting. There are two small dark blue calibre cut triangular sapphires, one on each side of the center stone. The ring is marked 18K. About 3.4 gm (0.11 TOz) total weight. The ring is approx. size 7.
