This beautiful set of 12 Repousse Rose Coffee Spoons made in sterling silver by Wallace Silversmiths. The service is incased in a silk-lined orange velvet presentation box in the shape of a scallop shell. I do not know the pattern, but it is reminiscent of the Kirk Steiff Repousse pattern, or the International Silver Radiant Rose.
The spoons are about 4 3/8 inches long and have gold-washed bowls. One of the spoons is damaged (garbage disposal!), but the other eleven (11) are in excellent condition. The box is in excellent condition inside, and a bit worn on the outside top, as shown. The case measures about 11 1/2 x 9 3/8 inches and has a latch. |
