I am pleased to offer this Lalique Chrysanthemum Footed & Gilt Dish. The frame of the Dish Gilt Bronze and marked France. I believe to be the works of Rene Lalique. I am sure if you took the bronze frame away it would be signed in block letters. Rene Lalique or R. Lalique. As is you can not see and marks. The sad part about this auction is the that the glass has a crack running through the one side as shown. I have taken several photos to show the damage as best as I can. Today we offer you a beautiful and very rare Meissen plate. It has the crossed swords mark on the back as well as the number 51 and I believe the letter 'i'. It also has incised numbers in the under glaze which are impossible to photograph. As the history goes only the Meissen plates were incised under the glaze so you would know you were not getting a forgery.
