I am pleased to offer this Vintage Fabric/Wood Hand Painted Fan. The top of the fan is black fabric. The sticks are wood. Part of the wood is painted in black like towelware. On the top of the black base has red flowers big and small. This fan is in very good condition. It looks like the fan that flamingo dancers used. Is very well done. The fan measures are .50 inch close by 13 inches open by 7.25 inches long.
