| Circa 1930's. This Retro Art Deco piece is a Crawford Chatelaine Watch that is also a pin. It has a rhodium mounting. The top piece of the pin has a bar with clear crystals all over it and there is a circle around it that has all princess cut red crystals. At the bottom of the circle there is a piece that connects that with the watch and it has clear crystals all over it. The watch dangles upside down so when its pinned to your shirt you just lift it up and your looking at it the correct way. Around the face of the watch there are clear crystals and around the outer edge there are red princess cut crystals. All the red crystals are in a channel setting and the clear are in a pave setting. The red crystals are clear with a red foil or something over them. The face of the watch says Crawford and the numbers and hands are a gold color. It has a little seconds circle at the bottom where the number 6 should be. It is a great piece. It measures 2.50 inches by 1.50 inches.Some of the red crystals the red foil is worn off. There are no crystals missing. The little piece on the side by the knob is a little bent. There is minor wear to the silver toned back. The hands are not moving on the watch we do not know if it needs a new batteries or if it does not work. Please view all the photos. | ||
