| Rare DeNicola De Nicola Jeweled Elephant Pin. DENICOLA JEWELRY 1957-1970 Founded in the 1950's by Jerry DeNicola, his early line called "The Real Look" was comprised of costume jewelry meant to look like the real thing. The back of the pin is stamped DeNicola. A rare find for sure. Wrong time of the year to offer this fine piece. It is all gold toned and it is a high quality piece. It is a elephant that has round clear crystals all over it, the only thing that does not have crystals is the tusk. On its back there is a big square faux sapphire in a prong setting. Its eye is a round red cabochon. On top of the faux sapphire there is a Carriage or Howdah piece. It is all gold toned and has roped edges with faux rubies all over the top. This is so kings and queens can ride on their backs.This is a gorgeous pin. It measures 2 inches by 2 inches. None of the stones are missing. It needs to be cleaned from use, there is lipstick on it. The pin backing is in good working order. It is in wonderful condition. | ||
