This matching pair of monumental, nineteenth century Cantonese porcelain vases measure 50.75" (128.9 cm) tall, and feature a celadon green ground with raised white slip decoration including flowers, trees, butterflies and dragons. This pair of antique Chinese tusk form sculptures are crafted from wooden frames with carved and decorated bone veneer depicting nine Buddha, chimera and elephant. They reside on ebonized wooden pedestals. At 79" (200.7 cm) tall, this is the largest pair of decorative tusks we have ever seen. Overall condition is very good. One tusk has no missing veneer panels, while the other has three missing panels. We an handle restoration of these areas at customer expense, prior to shipment.
Included here is a set of gold-damascened steel Persian armor from the Qajar period, including shield, helmet and arm band. The shield measures 15" (38.1 cm) across, the arm band 12" (30.5 cm) long and helmet measures 8" (20.3 cm) across. The shield is particularly unique for its reticulated design, and we believe this is the finest set of Qajar armor to come to market online in many years.

This extraordinary pair of Chinese ivory figures measure 40" tall and 44" tall including wooden stands. This old Hispanic santos figurine measures an impressive 48" by 20" by 14", and weighs an estimated 20-30 lbs. It is crafted from carved wood with polychrome painted decoration, but no longer has its original clothing or other adornments. This incredible seated buddha measures an impressive 48.5" tall, 38.5" wide and 30" deep and is believed to date from the nineteenth century. It is crafted from composition or plaster and rests upon its original wooden platform.
