Included here is a pair of antique, neoclassical oil lamps crafted from two-tone patinated, dore bronze and mounted upon black marble plinths. Each measures 15" high, 15" wide and 5" deep. Each are electrified but require new wiring. No hallmarks or foundry marks have been found. Condition of each is excellent. This fabulous pair of Maison Jansen mirrored sconces dates from circa 1900, and each measures an impressive 39" tall and 17" wide. Crafted from gitwood with candle arms made of lacquered metal. Signed in stencil paint on the rear "JANSEN INDUSTRIA ARGENTINA". Glass is original and a bit cloudy. Each is in need of new wiring. Included here is a pair of early to mid-century table lamps crafted from authentic French military helmets made from brass, leather and horse hair. Helmets are those of the French Cuirassier (calvary) and are believed to date from the French Second Empire (1848-1870). Each lamp measures 29" by 11" by 7.5" and weighs an estimated 6-8 lbs. Included here are two matching, Christian (Catholic or Protestant) ecclesiastical brass lamps from the early 20th century. (Only one lamp is shown. Other lamp is in comparable condition.) This Viennese or Hungarian chrome chandelier in the manner of Josef Hoffmann features three arms, each with bulb and glass globe, and a center bulb contained within a long glass cylinder in the center of the lamp. This unique brass chandelier comes from Vienna Austria. Measures approximately 12" across, and 26" from the bottom to the middle mounting plate, which sits about 26-28" below the top ceiling plate. Wired for use in U.S. and all three lamps are in good working order. Glass globes are no original, but large cut crystal orbs above the light fixtures are original. This large, polished brass Vienna Secessionist chandelier dates from the early 20th century. It reflects design elements of Art Nouveau, and the Arts and Crafts movement. Designer and maker is unknown. All light fixtures are in working order, based on the U.S. standard. (One bulb was blown at the time our photographs were taken.) It measures approximately 36" across. None of the glass globes are original.
