HAMILTON BALL 18 SIZE 17 JEWEL COMMERCIAL RR STANDARD MODEL 999 Circa: 1905. Very scarce and desirable early Ball Watch Co., originally produced by Hamilton. This Ball Railroad was first a Hamilton Grade 940 and was improved by Ball Watch Co. to a grade 999. This example is clean, running and very accurate. Especially collectible. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
Dial: All original single sunk signed: “TRADE MARK/ Commercial RR Standard/ ball Watch Company” Logo. Single hairline from center to two o'clock. Movement: 18 size, open face, full plate nickel, lever set, Adjusted 5 Positions, “Commercial RR Standard”, #585,660. Very clean, running and accurate. Case: Yellow gold filled scrw back and bezel yellow gold filled with some wear, but not to brass. Shuts tight. Good case.
