We measure 16mm between the lugs. This is a measurement between the lugs, not outside. This buckle is marked: "ACIERNOX DEPOSE SWISS". The strap is not an Omega strap but fits the buckle perfectly. This is a fine vintage Omega style buckle associated with the 1960s and early 1970s Omega series production. This strap and logo buckle will fit the 18mm standard watch or head size of the vintage Omega Constellation, Seamaster, winding, and automatic models.
