Artist Jimi, Sami, Soken has engraved into granite the likeness of an Utamaro woodblock print of a beautiful woman blowing on a poppin. Homage is given to "Utamaro" by the contemporary artist. Dates from late 20th century. There are whitish marks on the engraved side which are under the finish and possibly part of the granite's matrix. Weighs unpacked 72 pounds, 12 ounces.

This footed ceramic vase or pot was made in the kilns at Tokoname by the maker Sankou. The cascading glaze drips are randomly imbedded with metal from the collar down to a solitary dot in the foot rim. About 25% of the surface has the drip glazing. It has its original box (the lid has a water stain on top). The unpacked vase alone weighs 8 lbs, 14 ozs.
