This is an unusual vase, of lacquered bark. (Likely cherry bark.) It's quite heavy for lacquerware and has a galvanized liner, making it practical for ikebana. The art deco design is worked out in an ascending spiral wrap. There's some scuffing on the side that was not difficult to photograph but visible in the first picture. There's also expected wear on the bottom. Dimensions: Height: 12" Sides: 4-1/4" sq. Please add $16.00 for insured Parcel Post shipping in the continental U.S. Other locations may inquire for shipping quote.
