Mizuya Dansu -- Japanese Kitchen Cabinet in Cypress

This mizuya-dansu is smaller than many. It's one-piece and has three sets of sliding doors, one conventional cupboard and six drawers. The aluminum drawer pulls date it to the 1930's. The screens have worn areas and there are some shrinkage cracks in the doors. The doors and drawers slide smoothly and the piece offers good storage space.
