Large mask of a demon, wood, Japan 19th century

Very large mask of a demon, used to be hung on a wall. Wood with traces of gesso. H 14 inches. Mingei. Some traces of usage, old crack along each side of the face, repaired, and one short crack in the upper middle section on the back. Generally very good condition.
