This beautiful footed plate or "compotier" has a fantastic art deco pattern in a beautiful violet blue color. There are no chips, but there is crazing & browning throughout. There are two small hairline cracks (see photos), but the piece is solid & definitely usable. Measures approximately 9 inches across & stands 1-1/2 inches high. This beautiful footed plate or "compotier" is in wonderful shape. The design is a bird on a branch with grapes or berries, the blue color is vibrant, there are no chips or cracks. There is some browning from age and there are two very tiny rough spots along the rim which appear to be manufacturing flaws. Measures approximately 8-1/2 inches across & stands 2 inches high.
