| Lovely deep flow blue 10" plate commemorating William Penn's treaty with the Indians in 1683. Back reads "It was the only treaty never sworn to and the only one never broken." Imported by Rowland & Marsellus between 1893-1933. Plate carries the flower and fruit border and full printed marks to back. Excellent condition. | |
