Sales Policy

For merchandise returns we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of item(s) via email or phone.
Items being returned are insured and returned via Priority US mail.
Items that have been customized, damaged, or altered may not be returned.
Shipping is non refundable. All merchandise is shipped within 3 business days of payment being received (or in the case of personal checks funds clearing the bank) unless other arragements have been made with seller and buyer.

Auction Sales All transactions should be completed within 10 days of purchase aggrement or negative feedback will result.
