| There is nothing more beautiful that antique silver jewelry. This is a gorgeous example of a Victorian silver collar necklace. These pieces were bold and heavy. This one weighs in at 71 grams of unmarked but guaranteed silver. It is 9/16 inch in width and 15 inches in length. Each silver link has a shell design etched onto the top. The center piece has a hook on the inside and a locket or your favorite can be attached. It has a raised sunburst type design. The back has a very sturdy fish hook clasp. It is in excellent condition for its age and the silver is just beautiful. Circa 1900. | ||
