Very nice colored etching by Gertrude H. Balck, this piece is number 5 of 50 and is titled "House on Hill". It's a whimsical piece and in excellent condition. The artist has not been identified, but I would date this piece to c.1950-1960. Very quirky! Measures 17.5"H x 13.5"W. Image size is 9.75"H x 7.75"W.
