This is a very nice Kutani vase from the late Meiji period. It shows floral decoration as well as several reserves with landscapes (one of them with a lady sitting on the ground and holding a flower)
It is marked "Kutani" in Japanese kanji characters on the bottom. Diameter 12 cm (5"), height 30 cm (12"); perfect state. |
