This is a wonderful 18 Century (Circa: 1795-1800) French or Russian Empire high quality hand painted ivory miniature of the beautiful young girl with golden hair. The colors, tones and shadowing of the miniature are incredible. The miniature is gouache and watercolor on ivory. The miniature has original frame and glass. Diameter 3"1/8'. A wonderful 200 years old object de vertu. I have brought this miniature from Moscow.

Framed 4 paintings of view of Moscow church in neoclassical style (end of 18 Century) and small houses in Empire style (early 19 Century) by Sergei Arsenyevich Vinogradov (1869-1938), February-March 1920, color pencils on paper, signed and dated bottom left. Framed size of the paintings is 8"x 11".

This is a rectangular French Empire gold box of early 19 Century, the lid centred with an associated glazed oval portrait of the lovers on ivory, the sides with nephrite(?) stones. Size is 2" x 3" x 1" (5 x 7.5 x 2.5 cm). The box bears the marks: Russian gold mark 56 and K.Faberge (see my photo). I have showed this box to expert of Sotheby's auction in London and I was told that this box is French Empire gold box of early 19 Century.

Vladimir Georgievich Gremitskikh. V.G.Gremitskikh is listed in all the major Russian art references and is highly collectable today. Born in Novosibirsk in 1916, he studied in Moscow Art School (1932-36) under K.K.Zephirov, Moscow Art Institute (1936- 42) under P.D.Pokarzhevsky and S.V.Gerasimov. This is a high quality portrait of a man by Italian artist Alberto Colucci. A.Colucci worked in St.Peterburg in 1870-80s. His works are in State Russian Museum, St.Peterburg and Palace of Count S.G.Stroganov, St.Peterburg. The painting is oil on canvas, signed bottom right (see my photo). Size of the painting is 17"3/4' x 13"1/2', with the frame 21"1/4' x 17".
