| This beautiful hand carved ivory sewing box was made for a Moscow market in 18th Century (Katerina the Great period) in Kholmogory (Arkhangelsk, North of Russia). The box is in good condition considering of its age. The box has only a few small chips as it seen on the picture. Inside the box it has the signature of the master who executed this box: V.Jarovov (see my photo). The size is 9”1/2’x 6”1/2’x 5” (24 x 16.5 x 13 cm). | ||||||
