Rare Wide Shallow Bowl with rising notch looping handle, of the Early Bronze Age Circa. 3100 - 2900 B.C.E. The style is not found in Amiran but is a Bab ahd-Dhra form, see Ancient Pottery of Transjordan #47 for a bowl of the same style and fabric with intermediate depth. Bab ahd-Dhra is considered to be the ancient Sodom and Gommorah and was destroyed at the end of the early bronze age. This ware is handmade in a light color with pinkish areas especially at bottom.
