A lovely depiction of Buddha enthroned, interesting early provincial SE Asian style, c. 15th.-17th. cent. AD.

The style is very attractive with a beautiful painted visage with serene features. The style looks mostly like provincial Thai, but we're not certain. The figure has much age and a fine dark gilt patina.

Antique Caucasian soumak saddle bag. Opened flat, finely woven of beautifully colored wool with symbols of protection and fertility.

Circa. 1900- Delicately carved handle, carved as a Pinocchio-type head with extremely long wood nose, metal collar, exotic ribbed wood shaft with brass ferrule to tip. Overall length of cane is 34 3/4 3/4 inches. Condition Report; Cane is in very good condition, we haven't detected any imperfections.

An antique Japanese Kotansu (personal chest) made of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All hand forged iron hardware including the Warabite handles and Sakata lock plates. 5 drawers provide generous storage and organization. Constructed using straight dovetail joinery and hardened wooden nails.

Egyptian head of a king with tightly fitting headdress, the uraeus and the vulture partially preserved on the forehead.
Eyes and eyebrows recessed to bear inlays. Also the body of the rearing uraeus was originally inlayed.
Attractive facial features with slightly aquiline nose and full lips, the almond-shaped eyes with cosmetic lines to the outer corners. False beard missing.

A very rare Bronze Seal that was used as a pendant with an old glass bead. There are still remnants of the gold leaf surrounding the seal. I judge it as a Han seal or earlier. I have never came across one like this before

Antique Chinese large porcelain jar, with bright famille rose glaze scenes of several species of birds and flowers, including the mythical Phoenix. Gorgeous colors of blue, green, magenta, red, purple yellow, white, and black. Included is an attractive carved hardwood stand. Size: (on stand) 14" H (porcelain only) 12.5" H x 9" W

Pair of French heavy weight gilt bronze candlesticks with inkwell having banded agate cabochons. The agate stones were carefully cut with white stripe in the center of each stone to give the appearance of an "eye". Dating circa 1840, this desk set is in excellent condition and features a grape pattern. Candlesticks can be used separately when the occasion arises. In excellent condition, candlesticks are 8" high x 3 5/8" diameter. Inkwell measures 4.5" diameter 4.5" high.

This porcelain ewer was produced in Germany by Royal Vienna in the 1870s. It is signed by the artist Dressel. There is a title written in German for each painted scene. It is 15 inches tall, 7 3/4 inches wide and 4 inches deep. The porcelain is quite substantial and heavy. There is a large twisted handle with which to pour wine. The ground color is royal blue. There are two reserves enclosed in ornately gilded cartouches. The scenes on each side are superbly hand painted...
