This pretty floral spoon, by the well-known Unger Brothers, is signed with their maker’s mark, hallmark, and “COPYRIGHT 1904”. The pattern is Jonquil, which is the flower for those born in March, representing friendship and happiness. The spoon measures 4-1/2”, and the bowl of the spoon is a little bit under 2” across. A large oval-shaped Islamic box made of solid sterling silver, which was crafted by hand in the 19th - 20th century in Egypt, which was then part of the Turkish Ottoman Empire. The box is exquisitely designed in the Traditional Ottoman Turkish style, featuring floral decorated panels that are finely chiseled in repoussé. The sides of the box are rounded and come with two handles, while the hinged lid tapers to a bulbous gadrooned top and has a peacock finial perched on it...

This is a solid silver plate with an engraved Islamic design from Egypt. The plate has a sloping scalloped rim and features an eight-point star called "Khatim Sulayman" in the center, formed by two overlapping squares.

At top a dense repousse frieze of love-making, harp-stumming nymphs, gods, and cherubs. Foot rim has rinceaux border. A beautiful piece in the celebrated Beaux-Arts pattern that was conceived by French designer F. Antoine Heller and debuted at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1878.
