Fabulous figural silverplated shellfish server. Of the highest quality, this piece is formed as two mussel shells flanking an oyster shell, with a double strap handle reminiscent of seaweed. The bottom is marked with a "N & W" hallmark, along with the pattern number "424" and the registry number "333221" indicating a date of 1899.

A 19th century Rococo revival silver plated ornate wine bottle stand/carrier c1875-80. This two bottle stand has a Gothic railing surrounding the bottle section, and a handle adorned by the three Graces with birds on the handle. The base has naturalistic slightly rococo flowers and leaves. It measures just over 12 inches in height, and the base measures 12" x 5-1/8". The handle can be unbolted from the base for easier polishing...

A small and decorative handled silverplated candy or serving dish with a pressed glass bowl and a turned wood painted handle c1890. This dish stands 6" high and 5-1/4" long; it is 4-1/2" wide. It is of high quality, with conical feet, a threaded bolt securing the handle and nuts securing the base to the diamond shaped silverplated handle. This dish is unmarked but probably English, and the original fitted pressed glass bowl has a crisp and pleasant pattern...

Outstanding Victorian silverplate napkin ring decorated in the Aesthetic or Japonesque taste. The surface is encrusted with decoration representing flying cranes, crysanthemums, fans, and bamboo. The plain surface of the fan was intended for a monogram, but the napkin ring was never engraved.

A Martin Hall Victorian English silver plated meat dome. This 12-1/4" x 9-3/8" meat dome or cover was made by Martin, Hall & Co. of Sheffield, England (1854-1934). This table serving piece features a bolted and pegged finial with a wing nut and it stands 8-3/4" high. It is stamped 1127 EPNS with the maker's mark, and it is in excellent condition with no monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than one small penpoint protruberant dent and a nearby shallow penpoint dent...

A 19th century English silver plated meat skewer. This large 14-1/4" skewer measures 1-1/8" across the beaded-edge loop; it has a Gothic B monogram and the pseudo hallmarks for an English silver plate company. This item is in excellent original condition with no scrapes, dents, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a slight bend on the tip of the blade...

This silver plate Meriden Britania Co. Number 202 napkin ring is a long tailed bird resting upon the stem of a large leaf,its tips creating the feet. The banded napkin ring holder has in its center a leaf design with the space for engraving. This space is engraved "Ella" very lightly and very small. The Japanning shows some wear and there is a bump to the side of the ring. It is hallmarked "Meriden" in a circle. Lots of detailing on this item.

This is a Fine Two-piece Silverplated FISH SET with Mother of Pearl Handles. Dating circa late Victorian era, the knife measures approx. 10 1/2 inches in length while the fork is 8 inches in length. The Knife Blade has some small scratches near the tip on one side of the normal use variety; overall Condition of both pieces is Very Good +. The Top edge of the Knife blade is nicely Decorated with Engraved Design. There is an Impressed mark: "Abbey" on the Knife Blade...

A footed Reed & Barton silver plated coffee pot circa 1897. This excellent quality American silver plated 9-5/8" tall coffee pot has a high embossed design which we believe is a pattern; these hollowware go-with pieces were issued to complement flatware patterns, although we haven't identified it. It has the winged globe mark as well as MFD. & PLATED BY REED & BARTON TAUNTON. MASS. No 3646 6 PAT'D JUNE 29th 1897...

This tureen holds 4 quarts of liquid. It was made by the Meridan Britannia Company in 1886-1887.

All of the plating is still original. There is however, a few spots where, as shown in my picture, there is some loss of silver. A magnificent addition to any silver collection. The collar is 7/8" in diameter and is wonderfully chased.

A Fine Pair of English Silver Plate Corinthian Candlesticks hallmarked by Roberts & Slater circa 1845. Measure about 12 1/2" tall. Great quality and look.

A wonderful set of six Victorian silverplate napkin rings. The outsides are decorated with two cherubs grasping baroque reserves framed with swirls of acanthus leaves, pendant bellflowers and other ornate decorative devices. The insides are brightly gilt. It is very unusual to find a complete matching set of Victorian napkin rings.

Set of 11 English Victorian dinner knives, ca 1880. Each: Tapering and chamfered rectilinear agate handle with bead terminal and silver-plated blade. Agate red and mottled in varying shades. Blades marked “Joseph Rodgers & Sons / Cutlers to Her Majesty”. Very good condition. Blades have some spotting and discoloration.

Georg Roth & Co. hallmarked German sterling silver dish. Small four-footed dish with motifs of cherubs, scrolls, and leaves. Marked underneath "Sterling" and "Germany". Also marked with an "A" under a crown, a Hanau pseudo-mark linked to Georg Roth & Co. MEASUREMENTS: 4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 2-1/2" high. Approximately 4.87 troy ounces total. CONDITION: Light surface wear.

Sterling silver sugar spoon in Whiting's 1891 "Louis XV" pattern. The spade-shaped bowl is slightly scalloped at the neck for decorative appeal. The back is stamped with Whiting's hallmark, the patent date (indicating an older piece) and the retailer's mark "A. Stowell & Co." (Baltimore).
