A Webster sterling silver swing handle candy or bonbon basket from 1900. This Queen Anne style basket has an openwork handle, a gadrooned design and a script GDH monogram in the interior. It measures 6-1/4 x 4-3/8" and it stands 1-1/2" high without the 4" high handle. It is stamped with STERLING and the Webster silver mark and it weighs 66.1 grams. A pair of tall Sheffield plate candlesticks with conforming bobeche. On round bases with lines alternating with elongated ovals up the base, column and socket. This style was current around 1800. The wear or “bleed” where the copper shows is on the high places. They are 12 inches (30.5 cm) tall and 5 ½ inches (14 cm) diameter at the base. No marks. Probably English.
