This silver plate Meriden Britania Co. Number 202 napkin ring is a long tailed bird resting upon the stem of a large leaf,its tips creating the feet. The banded napkin ring holder has in its center a leaf design with the space for engraving. This space is engraved "Ella" very lightly and very small. The Japanning shows some wear and there is a bump to the side of the ring. It is hallmarked "Meriden" in a circle. Lots of detailing on this item.

This napkin ring is a well-formed rooster standing on a tiered, oval vase. The napkin holder has bright cut engraving. Circa 1870. This is made by the Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co #11.

Fabulous figural silverplated shellfish server. Of the highest quality, this piece is formed as two mussel shells flanking an oyster shell, with a double strap handle reminiscent of seaweed. The bottom is marked with a "N & W" hallmark, along with the pattern number "424" and the registry number "333221" indicating a date of 1899.

A Victorian Silver Plate Partners Inkstand or Standish; with Two Lidded Ink Bottles and a Central Ponce Pot Covered with a Taperstick. From London circa 1850's. Dimensions; 7.75" wide x 5" deep x 4.5" high. It has a descriptive label, with original misspelling (see picture). Some wear, but excellent condition.

Lovely round tray with raised grapes surrounding the edges and on the handles. It has a 15" diameter and is in excellent condition. It is marked on the bottom with hallmarks, the name Crescent, and the number 1097.

This Victorian napkin ring has 2 Oriental fans supporting the napkin holder, under which there is a butterfly- all mounted on a square, ball-footed base. It is hallmarked #208 with Meriden & Co in a circle.

A wonderful set of six Victorian silverplate napkin rings. The outsides are decorated with two cherubs grasping baroque reserves framed with swirls of acanthus leaves, pendant bellflowers and other ornate decorative devices. The insides are brightly gilt. It is very unusual to find a complete matching set of Victorian napkin rings.

This top quality late Victorian era warming dish measures 9-5/8" across and it sits on the ornately designed heavy quality footed stand, which has a large fuel well with a turned handle. It has two mechanical burners - the long thumbwheels open the lids and raise and lower the wicks in the same motion, snuffing the flames...

A vintage Victorian English silverplated footed salver with fine hand engraving. This 19th century 12" serving tray features a scalloped edge with modified shell decorations; the engraving has shells, boughs, florals and fruits as well as a complex monogram in the center. It stands on three curled acanthus leaf feet, and it is stamped TRIPLE DEPOSIT MAPPIN & WEBB'S PRINCE'S PLATE LONDON & SHEFFIELD...

Measures 9 1/2" high, and roughly the same from tip of spout to end of handle, base is 5 1/2" wide and 4 1/4" deep. Beautifully engraved with foliate and scrolling designs, an oval cartouche on each side. Beading at base and top, bone finial, bone inserts on handle. Handle wobbles a bit, but is firmly affixed with visible wire. Lid fits tightly, no leaks or damage. Base is well marked, and appears to date the piece to the period between 1842 and 1864...

A Wm. Hutton silver plated Arts & Crafts egg stand for 5 with spoons circa 1900. This decadent egg serving stand consists of five 1-3/4" tall ball footed egg cups, the matching 4-1/2" ball-end egg spoons and the fitted 5-7/8" diameter base. The base is in the form of a deep round tray with mounting spikes for each egg cup which has a receptacle hole in the bottom; each egg cup retains some of its original interior gilding...

This is a Fine Two-piece Silverplated FISH SET with Mother of Pearl Handles. Dating circa late Victorian era, the knife measures approx. 10 1/2 inches in length while the fork is 8 inches in length. The Knife Blade has some small scratches near the tip on one side of the normal use variety; overall Condition of both pieces is Very Good +. The Top edge of the Knife blade is nicely Decorated with Engraved Design. There is an Impressed mark: "Abbey" on the Knife Blade...
