Beautiful rosewood settee and matching armchair, attributed to Thomas Brooks, circa 1870. Settee measures 6'7" long x 33" deep x 43" tall. Armchair measures 27" wide x 33" deep x 45" tall. Both pieces have been professionally restored to their original condition and newly upholstered.
A fine pair of Rococo style antique brass mirrors with elaborate openwork foliate frame surrounding an inner frame with c-scroll and bar motif. The inner frame exposes 9 /14" x 7 1/4". A gate leg stand props the frames. The frames are unmarked but we surmise that they are 2d quarter 19th C. French productions. Many similar frames are available in iron, but these cast brass frames are a prize. Although finding one is a treat, a pair is a special one...
FinePair of Italian Grand Tour Bronze Candlesticks with nicely detailed foliate decoration and with good patina and fine castings. Having a removable ormolu drip pan above a bronze candle cup and supported by a turned and foliate decorated column with a tripartite scrolling ormolu base and mounted on a tripartite bronze plinth. These would have been brought home as a souvenir by someone who had made the Grand Tour. Italy, circa 1870.

A nice pair of English brass candlesticks using the beehive and diamond cut motif so popular on mid 19th C candlesticks. They retain their ejectors although one is missing a button. There is also a small dent on one of the sticks at nozzle. This same candlestick has minute amount of give. Even so, these wonderful golden candlesticks are a lovely decorative touch with large size. Note the high quality finish on the underside.
