This is a very nice and decorative panel, originally inspired of the Louis XVI era more or less one hundred and twenty years earlier, made from solid and nicely patinaed walnut at the beginning of the 20th century. This ornamental item is coming from a bigger structure commonly called Boiserie by the French and was used as an "above the door panel" upon a pair of tall interior doors. Minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there. Circa 1900-1910. Dimensions 20½"high/ 52"wide/ 1"thick.
Antique, medieval Romanesque, 11th -13th century, marble column base from the window arch.The front carved in relief depicting a knight - warrior with a horse, the knight is wearing a chainmail coif and holding a spear, the other side is carved with plants, the two opposing convex sides carved in low relief with figure of atlas, standing with the legs astride and the arms raised to support the column.

Large 19th Century Scandinavian pudding or butter box with caved with intricate foliage in deep relief. The lid is held in position by two upstanding wings and a carved wooden pin inserts on one side to further secure the lid. In excellent condition it measures 12 inches high an 9.74" diameter.

This is a very nice Italian Cabinet made by the beginning of the 20th century originally coming from the Cuneo area in northern Italy. This decorative piece is convenient thanks to a spacious storage capacity provided by a single drawer upon a paneled recessed door, revealing a large area with single shelf. Lock is in working condition. Minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. Circa date 1900-1910. Dimensions 32"high/ 25½"wide/ 14"deep.
Small tortoise shell ladies case with an overlay sterling silver design. This may have been used as a patch box or to hold coins. Mono and in very good antique condition, it measures 3.75" x 2.5". Circa 1850

E.F. Caldwell Pewter and Bronze wall sconce with extensive bench work , after reviewing all the Caldwell lighting this seems to be one of the most hand worked fixtures we could find , probably a custom piece for one of NY finer gilded age Mansions 17.5" X 11". From a Jericho NY Estate some repairs required to reattach the shell at lower center and left side lower gold leaf.
