I think this is mahogany.
The inside very clean.
Crinkling to the veneer on the very top.

Three elongated light blue plaques mounted in antique brass bow frames with screw-on backs. The plagues measure about 2" wide x 3" high, and are in excellent condition. The brass frames measure about 2 1/2" wide by 5 3/4" tall and are also in excellent condition. On the back of each plague is the impressed WEDGWOOD mark, and each also has the lone letter X impressed...
Antique English Campaign Chest (circa 1880) in two parts, with all original locks, lift handles, key hole escutcheons, brass binding and removable feet. Solid Mahogany with rich figuring and color, with a clean finish. The secondary wood is Pine. All drawers run smoothly. All joints are tight. The maker's stamp is present (Arthur Foley & Son, 1888, see photos). 43 3/4" Hight, 36" Wide, 19 1/2" Deep.

This beautiful English lap desk has brass corners and straps, a brass lock and a brass monogrammed cartouche on the lid. The interior is lined in leather and includes two ink bottles that flank the wooden pen tray. There is a hidden compartment under the pen tray. This dates circa 1840. It measures 13 3/4 inches wide, 9 1/2 inches deep and 5 3/4 inches high.
A nicely shaped, George III period knife box. Rich, old finish with natural, dark patina. One of the back feet appears to be a replacement. In good, lightly conserved condition with some imperfections. The wood tends to move over time with differences in shrinkage. Our pictures show an area with the most movement/distress. A little attention in the hand of an accomplished cabinetmaker/restores can work wonders for this box. Height, 14 3/4" inches (37.465 cm)
George III Paint Decorated Neo-Classical Console Table from the late 18th Century. This is a really superb decorative period table that measures 39.5 inches wide by 32 inches tall by 20 inches deep. The table is parcel gilt. I would not say Angleica Kaufman but this is a first rate period Georgian Console table for the advanced collector.

Having French empire fabric on the screen, 20" wide, 15.5" deep, 27.5" high.
This can easily be french, the gallery, lock and casters seem British. The drawer construction seems to be more likely English and the figured burr elm used more in England than France but this cold be a piece of French furniture.
