Cabriole legs with claw feet each holding a ball leading up to the mitered corners profiling the Fu Dogs. Central carved image on the front and back shows the Fu Dogs. Scrolling vines throughout the apron with an archaic Ching dynasty key fret below which are lotus petals surrounding the table...

An antique Japanese Tansu chest in 3 sections called Ishodansu made of Tochi (Horse Chestnut) and Hinoki (Cypress) woods. This chest was used for Kimono and clothes storage. Original bronze hardware and wiped lacquer finish. The front has a smooth channeled frame. Behind the sliding doors of the upper section lies a small drawer to the left and a corner shelf to the right side. Center section has 3 drawers and the bottom section has 2 drawers...

Solid split pedestal mahogany dining table made by Brown and Simpson of Boston in 1909. It measures 54 inches round by 29" tall when closed. There are six leaves, two with aprons. When opened with the two leaves that have aprons, it becomes an oval measuring 6' 3" inches long and looks like one large table as the center pedestal stays closed and the aprons make it look like there are no leaves...

DESCRIPTION: A Spanish carved oak buffet a deux corps (buffet or hutch with the top cabinet having a shallower depth than the bottom), 19th C. The carved cavetto molding crowns double lattice work cupboard doors with hand forged iron hinges which open to reveal two interior shelves. These are set on a base with a frieze drawer over double cupboard doors, also with iron hinges, each carved with a six point flower set within a circle...

An antique Japanese Yonezawa Tansu made of Keyaki (Zelkova) and Sugi (Cryptomeria) woods. All original hand forged iron hardware including the stylized Gunbai handles and Urushi lacquer finish. Six drawers of varying sizes used for kimono, obi and accessory storage. Hinged security door hides 3 drawers where valuables were kept. Round lock plates feature the family crest of the original owner...

18th Century Irish or English Mahogany oval shape Cross Banded tilt top Breakfast Table, 30" high, 51" x 42" wide, with Coromandel wood Cross Banded around the rounded edge, standing on the Pedestal with Cabriole Queen Anne legs with caster on the bottom. There are some dark small spots on the table top with age and useage, some wears on the edge but very solid and heavy table.

Made of keyaki Hardwood with Stunning original glowing finish, accented by round black iron handles with locking bar.
