A fabulous 19th C Meissen porcelain inkwell set in Imari palate. Consisting of an inkwell with lid, a sander and an undertray. All pieces were hand painted and are in excellent condition. There is some wear to the enamels on the tray from use but that is it. No hairlines, chips, or cracks. The tray measures 11" by 7.75"; Sander 2.5" high by 4" diameter; Inkwell 3.5" high by 4" diameter.

Large English Staffordshire Bull Terrier ivory walking stick handle. Inset glass eyes, the ivory was skillfully carved to emphasize the strong, muscular body, and intense stare, both of which are characteristic of this sensitive and loving breed. Embossed collar is gold plated. The ivory handle is thick and has very good weight. Measuring 4.5 inches long. No chips. Circa late 19th England.
