A finely polished and fully symethric Egyptian stone jar made of a type of beautiful chlorite stone, 3rd.-2nd. mill. BC.

The jar was used to hold cosmethics in the 3rd.-2nd. millenium BC. Nice marks of drill inside, recessed footring and a tiny rim also carved!

A pear-shaped stone mace head, carved in a nice cream-brown stone, Egyptian Pre-Dynastic period, c. 3rd. mill. BC.
Finely polished and symethrically drilled and measuring 4,7 cm. in diameter. Old black reg. number from collection or museum inventory, 'Æ27'.

Condition: Nice very fine, intact with minor spots of corrosion and fine patina.

A nice Egyptian wooden painted figure of a Falcon, Late period, c. 660-332 BC.

Comes with a low lucite base, total 6,3 cm. tall. Old black ink number on the head.

Condition: Very fine for the material, smaller losses, preserved pigments.

A lovely somewhat pear-shaped stone mace head, carved in a fine speckled dark diorite stone, Egyptian Pre-Dynastic period, c. 3rd. mill. BC.

Finely polished and symethrically drilled and measuring 5,5 cm. in diameter.

Condition: Good very fine, intact with minor wear and patina.

Tall mummiform servant of the dead in superb glossy green faience, hands held to chest holding crook and flail, wearing royal beard, pillar up reverse side which helps us date this to the 27th/30th Dynasty, and glypthic text that can be seen on the picture.

An ancient Egyptian faience shabti for Psamtik. Standing on an integral plinth against an inscribed back pillar, with prominent facial details, depicted mummiform with the arms crossing his chest, his hands emerging from his tightly fitting garment, holding hoes, a seed sack over his left shoulder, wearing a tripartite headcloth and a braided beard. 4 inches high. Repaired. Purchased on the Belgian art market. Said to be from an old German collection.

The long, conical shaped, tapering body with prominent horizontal bands and lug handles. Late Period, 26th-30th DYNASTY, 688-343 B.C. 6 1/4 inches high. Two small chips on top. Mounted. Some photos illuminated. Purchased on the Paris art market. Said to be from an old French collection.

An ancient Egyptian alabaster plumb-bob with suspension holes on the sides and on top. New Kingdom, 1570-1070 BC. 1 5/8 inches high. From an old NYC scholarly collection. A plumb bob is a weight, with a pointed tip on the bottom, suspended from a string and used as a vertical direction as a reference point. Plumb bobs were appreciated for their ability to furnish a true vertical line. The ancient Egyptians used plumb tools for leveling and as a way to continue distances vertically...

Scarce authentic antique medieval Islamic ceramic bowl, Syria or Egypt from the 14th-15th century, Mamluk period. It rests on a disc-shaped short foot and is decorated with black and blue painted underglaze. The interior features a central medallion with a scrolling lotus flower, while the walls have a band of lotus petal lappets enclosing cloud-like rings...

Shabti figures were placed with ancient Egyptian burials to act as servants in the afterlife, to undertake menial tasks and produce food for the deceased. The hieroglyphics on this shabti, from Memphis, are an extract from the Book of the Dead.
