A large North African Red-Ware Oil Lamp, late Roman ca. 4th-5th Century AD.
The lamp with a Gladiator or Soldier depicted hurling something on the discus, heering pattern around. Knob handle and two filling holes. Makers mark on the back
Condition: Choice and intact, even wear to all decorations and fine patination and discolouration from ancient use.

Carved in a fine glossy green stone, rectangular shape and with a low pierced handle on the back. The seal carved with an elephant in a nice early Roman style of the 1st. century BC.
The style of the Elephant is clearly in family with denarii issued from military mints at the time of Julius Caesar.

This classic Etruscan bronze is in excellent condition, measuring just over six inches in length. Each terminus (end) has the face of a bearded Satyr, with flaring, upturned ears. A rare and classic example, dating to circa the 5th-3rd century BC. Custom stand included. Excellent provenance, to be provided to the purchaser.

This is an extremely rare Carthaginian glass head pendant, circa 5th-4th century B.C. It is 1 1/2 inches long. This is a Mediterranean core-formed glass bead. Scarce and beautiful early type of pottery Oil lamp, Roman 1st. century AD.
The lamp is of the Loeschcke Typus VIII and displays Juno on a Crescent moon in high relief! The lamp is sharply stamped with a known scarce makers name: COPPI.RES

Condition: Choice and completely intact with fine patination

ROMAN BRONZE WINGED NUDE EROS
ROMAN IMPERIAL, 1ST CENTURY AD
Love’s messenger stands in a relaxed pose with detailed facial features. Finely modeled in a naturalistic way, with childish proportions and chubby features. The figure is in a relaxed posture with the lively movement of the twisted head and body, twin wings with wonderful incised feathers attached to his back. He was probably holding a bow and arrow, now missing...
Interesting lot, incl. two round bronze finials, finely decorated / finely engraved with swirly patterns, Roman or darkage, c. 400-1000 AD.
