This Chinese golden colored Sha-green is large by shagreen standards...it spans almost 7 inches at the longest point front to back, and stands just over 3 inches high. The top clearly has some scuffs and loss to the hide, which for me enhance the beauty of the box. The box is hinged at the back and the inside is lined with leather.

Beautifully hand-carved snuff bottle made from peking glass, a process in which a single colored glass is dipped layer by layer into differently colored glass and then carved into delicate designs. This is an extraordinarily beautiful antique snuff bottle of brownish glass, with a gorgeous scenery of mountains and trees with people riding horseback, which was hand-painted by the artist from the inside with a very small brush. Green agate topper. Size: 3.5" tall, 2.25" wide

Cute porcelain snuff bottle delicately carved in the shape of a smiling man sitting atop a pile of leaves, wearing a blue robe with gold flecks and creases and magenta bottoms, holding a peach, with a gourd bottle strapped around his back. Description:
A creamwhite white glazed stoneware yuhuchunping dated to the Yuan Dyansty. It stands on a short recess foot rim with a pear shape body everting upward with a narrow neck and towards an everting mouth rim.

Dimension:
The height of the yuhuchunping is 20.5cm and the width at the widest point is 15cm.

Condition
It is in good condition without crack, chip ,restoration or any repairs.

Antique agate snuff bottle with a tourmaline topper, beautiful and delicate gold-colored wire filigree around the body with imbedded turmaline and jadeite stones, and carvings of an open-mouthed face on both sides of the bottle. 19th century Size: 2.75" tall, 1.75" wide

Beautiful little snuff bottle made from translucent cream-colored aragonite, a 3.5-4 on the Mohs (hardness) scale, with carvings of a bat (symbol for good luck) with a strand of Chinese coins (means "fortune before your eyes" when paired with a bat). Republic period c1920 Size: 2.75" long, 1" wide

Kangxi style, but probably early 1800s

This vase is painted in green, yellow, turquoise and black enamel on a pale aubergine background, depicting various dignitary figures in a garden setting. The interior is fully glazed white, having some minor pitting and small iron specks in the glaze. The base is unglazed with areas of light orange re-oxidation from the firing, and the fine white paste is visible around the perimeter. There is a spurious Zhengde mark in black enamel on the shoulder...

An antique heart-shaped midnight blue satin silk pouch finely embroidered on both sides with two stylized dragons around a "shou" character in Peking knot. Cotton lining, inner rim with paper residue. Condition: few loose threads and little traces of usage. Dimension: purse: 9 cm x 9 cm.

Chinese Foo Lion carved on 4 corners and lacquered on wood x-cross shape folding display stand, 9 1/2" high, 15 1/2" cross-maximum measurement, 10 1/2" inside display area, center wooden pole is holding two(2) pieces together to make folding position, the wood split in some areas.

Antique brush washer, hand-carved carved from nephrite (one of two species of jade) into the shape of a peach with leaves and a small bat. In Chinese culture, peaches symbolize longevity while bats are symbol of good luck. 18th century Size: 1.5" tall, 2.25" wide

Unusually large Sung Dynasty powder box / container with muted molded design on lid. Nice uniform glaze. Note, there is an apparent hairline on the outer portion of lid which appears only to some extent on the inside of lid. Also, there are a few small chips to the rim of the base section of the powder box. Dimensions: 5 inch diameter, 2 inches in height.

Song Dynasty green crackled Celadon bowl with a nice shape. There are certain imperfections which mostly appear to be occurrences at time of firing. On the inside of bowl, there is a pock mark / rupture that appears to have occurred at some point when perhaps a stone in the clay was compromised and broken out through the glaze. Dimensions: height 2.75 inches, diameter 5.50 inches.
