A small pair of finely potted U-shaped Chinese porcelain wine cups painted to the exterior in underglaze blue with stylized scrolls of flowering lotus above a band of Ruyi heads over a narrow foot. On each base of each, painted in under glaze blue within a double square, is the six character reign mark of the Ming dynasty Chenghua emperor (1465-1487) but these cups were made later, possibly in the earl...

A rare, very decorative, Celadon glazed Alms Bowl, 18th - 19th century with its original wooden stand. Very nice Celadon glaze. The rim of the bowl covered with a dark brown wash, the unglazed footring covered with a pale brown wash. Diameter : 23,8 cm. H : without wooden stand : 13,5 cm ( With wooden stand : 22 cm. ) Condition : The bowl in perfect condition. The old wooden stand broken and re - glued.

Diameter approximately 36 cm. Few chips at the rim. In good condition.
