Antique 18th-19th century Indian copper alloy figurine amulet depicting Four Armed Hindu Deity Vishnu standing on domed square base, his two upper arms holding the chakra and conch with his right hand raised in abhaya mudra.

Height: 6.5 cm (2.56 inches).

CONDITION: in good condition considering its age worn out and shiny on the exposed areas from centuries of touching by worshipers.

Antique Nepali Sarangi Musical String Instrument with script and sublimely rendered human and animal figures and representations of modes of transportation, from the published and renowned collection of Sam Hilu, a prominent author and adviser on traditional Asian art, 27 x 8.75 inches, 68.5 x 22 cm.

A beautifully carved and polychromed alabaster figure of a standing female divinity, wearing a dark green sari scattered with a gilt floral pattern, both hands held out towards the front, youthful face with large eyes and simple gilt diadem encircling her black-painted hair, Indian, 19th century. Size: 31" high x 13 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" deep.

Tibetan bronze gilt statue of Kubera, known as the "Lord of Wealth and the North". He originates from Hindu mythology but is also recognized in Buddhism and Jainism. He holds a mongoose as a symbol of his victory over the Nagas, snakelike deities and guardians over treasures. He sits upon the back of a lionlike creature and has an arch of flames with gilt tips behind him. The jewels on his crown and around his neck are dotted with blue and red enamel. Size: 13.5" height, 10" width, 6" depth

Very rare architectural element beautifully carved in the shape of a celestial being, maybe Garuda, flying and holding a vessel in his hands. Wood, with dark-brown patina. Nepal, 18th century, maybe earlier. Height: 14,5 cm. The piece is nicely mounted on a custom metal stand. Old insect infestation (treated, no danger), some losses, otherwise very good condition.

Rare Antique Museum Quality late 16th or early 17th century, circa 1600 A.D. (1009 AH) Antique Indo - Portuguese Indian Mother Of Pearl Bowl Islamic Mughal India. A cup of rounded form on a short brass foot with narrow brass rim, formed out of perfectly joined tapered sections of mother-of-pearl plaques, radiating from a central disk, and secured by metal pins.

Highly unusual statue of protecting deity or ancestor, its head surmounted by a circular crown which looks like a "stupa" or a "usnisa". The protector is squatting, its hands are in praying posture. Eroded wood. West Nepal. Height: 36" (41 cm). Obvious signs of great age.
