The size of Charger: 10" Square x 1 7/8" High. Japanse Ko Imari Blue and White (Sometuke) Porcelain charger. The charger has very good detail Senbiki (line drawings works) of blue underglaze works in flower design. The charger has marking on the bottom. A well and sturdily potted vase made from a fine white porcelain and painted in underglaze blue, red and turquoise enamel and gilt with exotic birds amongst clouds .

Dating from the late Meiji / Taisho period, it stands 18.5 cms high and weighs 1.33 kg. (N.B. This will effect postage costs).

It is in excellent condition. There is a minuscule frit underneath the gilding and the gilders fingerprint in a smudge on the top of the rim. These are original at time of decoration.

This is a finely carved and lacquered wood Ojime in the form of a Daruma Toy or "Okiagari Koboshi", meaning the little priest that gets up. The center cord hole or himotoshi are lined with shakudo or copper and gold alloy. Signed Hoshin in the back of the Daruma. Ojime measures 0.63 inches (1.6cm) in diameter, and 0.80 inches (2.0cm) tall. It is in excellent condition as may be seen in the posted photos.
