These miniature placks can still be seen today at shrines throughout the country, hanging from tree branches or special palisades made especially for their display. Two of these feature a woman praying, one a pair of ogres, the last a holy horse. Mineral pigment on wood, the central panels measure roughly 17 to 20 cm wide (6-1/2 to 8 inches) each.
