A scarce Sumerian stamp seal in greenish black stone, Mesopotamia, ca. 4th. millenium BC.

The seal predynastic and very interesting in that it has a double image of animals and a labyrint.

Condition: Choice, fine patina and wear but intact.

A rare late Yuan - early Ming white glaze large yuhuchun vase with carved flower lotus motif, good condition with original kiln smoke adhesion on the glaze body, please see picture for detail, size: 28 cm height.

A fine namasu low serving bowl of octalobed and scalloped rimmed form with a cobalt blue ground, lapis lazuli blue, decorated with three European figures hunting with a hawk painted entirely in gilt, kinsai gilding. The bowl dates to the late Eighteenth century and the Tenmei era. The bowl measures 15cm in diameter and is 5.5cm high and is in very good condition, except for a very small flake related to a firing flaw on the edge of the foot-rim, otherwise no hairlines or chips...

An Ai Kakiemon dish decorated with a repeating pattern of Hosoge, flowers of Precious appearance, which in this case would appear to be representations of auspicious Pomegranate fruits constructed from Ruyi, Acanthus style leaves and other disparate elements. The ring of Hosoge pierced by a circlet binding them together with a gobenka motif in the centre...

A rare Ko Imari rice bowl and cover decorated with European figures in a garden landscape one bald and holding a vase and the other with a broad rimed hat and a walking cane. The interior of both the bowl and the cover painted with a diaper band with demi-florets and an image of a “Dolphin” on a raised roundel. Both the cover and the bowl are quite delicately potted and the enamelling and painting is of a very high standard...

19th century tall walrus tusk netsuke of standing Gama sennin (Chinese sage) with his usual companion - magic frog - climbing onto his head. Beautifully stylized carving with oversized hands, great face and beautiful flow of the robe. Old age lines, excellent patina, overall in great condition. Antique Tibetan pair of low folding tables. Originally used by Buddhist priests for teaching and praying, these unusual tables fold down for travel. The front and sides of the table are hinged on wooden dowels and fold into the tray created by the table top when it is turned upside down. Painted with colorful scenes of birds and flowers. The table top surface is painted with red lacquer, decorated with gold dragons in the center and fruit branches in the corners...

Rare Anatolian (costal region) stone seal with handle and a depiction of a Ram or Goat, Neo-Hittite States, 1st. millenium BC.

Finely carved seal with an elaborate handle and some great details. The Goat is a symbol or personification of the storm god in the Hititte Pantheon.

Height 16 mm., the square seal-plate, 17,5 x 16,5 mm.

A watch fob made up of 4 Satsuma decorative ceramic rounds with metal surrounds and chains. The backs of the mountings have the impressed Satsuma mark. The fob measures about 5" long, and the largest round measures about 1". The fob dates to the late 19th/early 20th Centuries. The condition is excellent/perfect. A wonderful small porcelain vase in the mille fleur palette, beautifully done by a Chinese artisan. A spiny coral dragon with a tiny gold gilt design wraps around the neck adorning this flowery beauty. Dating circa 1900, these are now extremely hard to find. Measures 4.75" high.

An ancient carnelian necklace found in Southeast Asia. Many of these carnelian beads were traded around 3000 years ago in mainland Southeast Asia. This necklace was found intact and restrung. Wearable.Size: L. 60cm. or 24 inches end to end.

Late 18th century netsuke of Rihaku seated leaning on a large wine jar with one hand and holding a wine cup in the other. Rihaku (Li Po in Chinese) was a celebrated, probably the most famous poet of China equally renown for his love of wine. Strong early carving, wonderful face and detailing of his clothes, of typical early triangular section. Wonderful feel of age, excellent patina. Height 1 1/8 inches.

This is a fine Japanese Satsuma sake pot or small teapot. It is signed by Kinkozan. Still retains part of the original Kinkozan sticker on the underside of the lid. Which means this piece was never used as a saki or teapot. It measures 4 1/2 inches across at the spout. The handle is slightly tattered but the pot is in excellent condition.
