This Imari dish is 18 5/8 inches in diameter, probably with the original "tomobako" box dated "the third year of Ansei", 1857. The design is divided into three repeated sections with Karako boys. Intricately carved hand wrought sterling silver bracelet designed and signed circa 1950 by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Bracelet measures 1 1/4" wide. The bracelet is thick and measures 6 3/4" long interior but will most comfortably fit up to a 6 1/2" wrist. Weight- 124 grams, 4.4oz. The design features hidden hinges and a slide in pin closure. Measuring 12 1/2", and finely cast in bronze, this figure represents a Faun or Satyr, one of the followers of Pan, and the original was discovered in the ruins of Pompeii in 1830. With good detail, and true to the original statue, this one has a dark patina, with verdigris visible around the head primarily, and some wear to the patina on the body. Of nineteenth century original, and most likely a Grand Tour souvenir.

Cloisonne Dragon in Clouds Box, Meiji Period (1868-1912)

It is 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) by 6 inches (15 cm) wide.

It is in good condition with no chips except a small bruise with surface scratches at the bottom, a repair to enamel at one corner, and slightly bent metal lip (as seen in the photos).
