William Spratling's largest chain design is a first phase hallmark and one inch tall. Being 8 in. long it is suitable for a man or a woman. The fit is like a bangle for a woman and the hook clasp does takes up some of the wearable length. There is a curve/groove running down it's center with great dimension which is accentuated with the solid silver being 7mm thick. The color is a beautiful white with almost pure silver of at least 980 silver weighing 121 grams. Impressive at 1in. tall...

This is a gorgeous Fred Davis collar necklace constructed in the technique of backed repousse. Most of this magnitude are flat cut silver sheet. The silver content is a minimum of 925 but in this work it is higher. The color is the luxurious white that we love in the Mexican Silver Renaissance. The size is generous which is also rare and does fit on an angle. No splits or repairs just the usual scratches only seen with magnification on a 70 year plus silver necklace...

Shown in the Gobi Stromberg book "Silver Seduction : The Art of Mexican Modernist Antonio Pineda", this book-piece design is a superb bracelet from Antonio Pineda. It's an extremely difficult design to produce, and it is most definitely a statement piece.

Composed of nine curved "V" links, each is tipped with two bezel-set turquoise cabochons. It's an unusual piece, and one which is very seldom seen...

I have always seen this signed Aguilar but it has been thought to be a Valentin Vidaurreta design. It is thought to resemble a Mask and is a sleek jewel at 5/8's inches tall and weighs a mere 27 grams of thick silver. The silver is 940 pure and with no damage but plenty of glare. There is a natural dark patina.
