We are offering a very impressive Los Castillo Thistle necklace. The presence is large with the center link being 2.25in. x 2.25in. There is a wearable length of 16in. and a weight of 116 grams heavy. These are rarely found and even more difficult to find in the pristine condition this one is in. You may see glare from the camera but there are no dents or repairs to this jewel. Definitely a Margot Van Voorhies design when married to Antonio Castillo, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Spectacular early Georg Jensen Denmark Art Nouveau sterling bracelet with coral. Lovely floral motif with gorgeous deep orange coral stones. This bracelet measures 7" long and 3/4" wide. It is in excellent original condition with no chips or scratches to the stones. There are no repairs, changes or damage to any parts of the bracelet. The sterling has a rich patina. It is signed with the Georg Jensen mark dating 1933-44 as shown in the last photo. A rare, early, fabulous Georg Jensen bracelet.

Big, beautifully crafted and early as is indicated by the low design number this Deco Los Castillo silver brooch is wrought en repoussage in what seems to have been a favored motif among Mexican silversmiths and designers at the time. Fern leaves inspired rings, clamper bracelets, brooches and necklaces and of course, earrings. The design comes in variations enough to ensure that everybody will find a piece that appeals to them. The specific version, however, I have never encountered before...

Wonderful sterling cross and rosary beads by Taxco silversmith Hector Aguilar. I believe this to be quite rare and it is pictured on page 153 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO BY Penny Morrill. The cross is 2 3/4" long without the bail,3 1/8" with the bail. It is attached to the rosary beads which measure 15" when hanging on the neck. It does not have a clasp and slips over the head...

This Chinese pipe is from the Miao Ethnic Minority group in the vicinity of Rong Jiang. My Miao friends insist that this pipe would have been used for smoking tobacco and not opium. Made from silver alloy, the stem design has the two dragons chasing the center pearl.

The pipe is in very good condition and is 19" long and it comes with its own custom made stand.

Beautiful sterling and coral bracelet by Georg Jensen Denmark. The five large rectangular segments each have a center oval bezel set cabachon coral. This bracelet measures 7 1/2" end to end and is 1/2" wide. It is in fine original condition, weighs 48 grams and is signed with the GJ mark dating 1933-44 as shown. A rare and highly desirable Jensen piece.

The links in this Deco Mexican silver necklace by Victoria , to the world Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti, are inspired by cactus flowers and hand-wrought in sterling silver sheet with good thickness. Signed with the old linear mark for design # 365 Los Castillo. This large 3.5in. x 3.5in, thick, silver dragon is iconic for it's detail and quality workmanship to Los Castillo collectors. The heavy open backed repousse shows a very early work. The 4th row of the hallmark says MADE IN MEXICO as you can see in the hands clearly. The patina is a natural, very dark color adding beauty to the carving on the top side of this brooch...

This is a gorgeous custom made, handmade moonstone and genuine ruby pin set in sterling. It is c.1940 and measures 3 1/4" long including the dangling moonstone,and 2 1/2" diameter. All of the stones are individually prong set. The moonstones are clear, blue and beautiful. All stones are in fine condition and original. This is a fabulous coat or blazer pin and the moonstone lover should be absolutely DELIGHTED with this brooch.

Popular for centuries in jewelry-making traditions all over the world the buckle motif can be found in all forms and metals, with or without gems, quite elaborate or strikingly minimalist. This 1940s Hector Aguilar version is wrought in sterling and even though its ornamentation is kept at a bare minimum, its rendition is sculptural, an attribute that is enhanced by oxidation and the patina of time...
