These earrings were made by an unknown Maestro in the Fred Davis style. They are just gorgeous on and are long at 1.75inches. The width is half an inch. They weigh 9.1 grams. These date to pre-1948 and are in wonderful condition with no dents or dings. They are not hallmarked but are quite worthy of your jewel box. They have a bend in them to tip them for the best visual when wearing.

This pair of Japanese handmade long square cut nails are 5" long and appear to have never been used. The nail heads are solid and shaped into a hemisphere. The silver colored decorative metal escutcheons have scalloped edges and markings to represent a flower. The escutcheons are just under 1" in diameter and have a squared center hole which exactly fits the nail shank.

Ht. 6 1/4 ins. (15.8 cms) This unusual object may be the cover to a jar or some sort of finial, we have never seen anything like it before or, indeed, found any book illustrations of similar.
