Unique even for Haskell! The pendant is a slice of real shell, irridescent spirl inside, reddish-brown design outside. The center of the 1 7/8" pendant contains a gold tone branch with wired plastic bugle beads to match the shell color. The 13" necklace is three strands of the same bugle beads with gold colored spacers. Flower clasp and 2 1/2" extension which is punctuated by glass ball of the same shell colors. A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE VASE, YONGZHENG, 18TH CENTURY.

A small private kiln baluster vase with a typical tall foot unglazed inside, decorated with thickly applied famille rose enamels, though in this example no rose colour seems to have been used. The vase shows wear from use and I have refrained from washing it to show it better. Traces of an inscription in ink within the foot remain.

Approximately 5.1/8 inches (13 cm) high. The vase is in fine condition; exhibits wear from ...
