These cleverly designed earrings are secured to the ear without closures. They slip over the ear lobe by slightly opening the gap, then spring back into shape to comfortably hug the lobe. The inside bears the marks for sterling and LEVIN for modernist jeweler Ed Levin. They measure 7/8 inch wide by ¾ inch high. Weight: 5 grams total
This is a very nice Sideboard made from solid oak during the renaissance revival period during the second half of the 19th century. This interesting piece provides a wooden top revealing a serving area with its original inset Belgium Red marble (repaired at some point), sitting upon a 2-drawer frieze, all standing on a pair of open bottom shelf embellished with turned columns. Note minor scratches and dents can be seen due to the age. Circa date 1880...

The relief hydrangea design was carved out of slip that was applied to the porcelain blank. It's a very good quality design with multiple levels, and the leaves have veins you can feel. The folded leaves aren't just flat. Surprisingly, you can feel the ridges where the leaves fold over onto themselves. Very nice.

Of buff ware, decorated in cream slip with painted designs in black and red, this aryballos, or perfume/oil vessel, measures 3 1/8" high, and is roughly the same diameter. The paint decoration is worn, and appears to represent a bird figure, with additional geometric designs over the body and top. Aryballoi of this size and form were utilized for perfume or other precious oils, and date to the 6th century BC...
Exquisite pair of large day and night earrings composed of 18k yellow gold and carved angel skin coral. Each earring is accented with 3 small diamonds. The folding stud, omega style earrings are 2 5/8" long x 1" wide. Hallmarked 750 for 18k gold.

A small exquisite celadon waterdropper, a scholar object for Chinese ink painting,made in an elegant double-gourd form. This waterdropper was made in Song/Yuan dynasty. Degradation of glaze and some incursions found on surface, otherwise the waterdropper is in perfect condition with no crack, no chip and no restoration.

A nice Chinese Longquan Cup from Yuan dynasty, decorated with a relief flower in the centre. This cup is in an elegant bubble shape and in excellent condition. Some incursions and wear consistent with age and slight uneven color, no chip, no crack and no restoration.
A cute blue and white tea cup from early Qing period, decorated with abstractly drawn fish, turtle and bird motifs. The cup is covered with nice glossy glaze with brown slip at mouth rim, and with mark at the bottom. Small firing fault at centre and are almost unnoticable hairline on the glaze surface (refer to image #6), otherwise in excellent condition.
A rare Longquan purifying vase from Song/Yuan dynasty. Nice crackle glaze with greyish smoke patches from uneven firing. A few small chips at base rim otherwise in excellent condition. Height: 14cm, Shoulder Width: 6.5cm
A large and attractive celadon jar from Yuan dynasty, decorated on the upper part with beautiful and clear molded lotus scroll and petal design at the lower part. It is covered with nice green glaze, apart from some rough edge on the mouth rim (covered with glaze, otherwise, the jar is in excellent condition with no hairline, chip or repair. It measures 7.5cm tall and 10.5cm wide.
