Minton hand painted botanical dessert service, including eight 9" dessert plates and 1 dessert stand. Date code for 1869. Each plate has a cobalt border with rich gilding and a hand-painted central reserve depicting various species of flowers, butterflies, berries, and insects. The stand has the same matching border but no botanical scene. All of the plates bear an impressed Minton mark; the stand is unmarked...

A sterling silver sovereign holder - the interior in gilt and with compartments for both sovereigns and half sovereigns. The outside with engraved ivy leaf pattern and with hallmarks for the Chester assay - 1908. Condition - very good. Slight indentation to the ivy leaf side - no damages and no losses...

A pair of extraordinary sterling silver circular cake plates by Galt & Brother. Circa 1920. Size: 11 1/8" diameter x 1 1/4" height. Each plate is intricately pierced and decorated with cherubs and griffins, and is supported on a short foot ring. In the center is a script family monogram. Condition is excellent.

Continental standing cow creamer fashioned of 800 standard silver, with a German origin. Circa late 19th/early 20th century. The cow exhibits a pair of forward curling horns, has its tail curled on the top of its back, and displays a full udder. There is a hinged cover on its back for filling, and the cream pours through its mouth. Excellent condition and with wonderful detailing to the cow's features. The cow stands firmly, but has a very slight wobble. No repairs...

A great vintage clock by Ferro & Lazzarini (est 1947) of Murano, Italy. Clear glass with gold foil inclusions (Cordonato Oro). Clock is quartz, and a new battery has been recently installed, a new battery will be provided to buyer. Measures 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter and glass is 1 inch (2.54 cm) thick. No chips, cracks or repairs. Bears original label on back, that reads: Glass/Murano/Italy/Ferro & Lazzarini. Circa 1960's.

A fabulous repousse decorated sterling silver water pitcher by S. Kirk & Son Co., Baltimore. Circa 1900. This ewer is adorned all-over in an unusual repousse pattern with cat tails, ferns and roses. Excellent condition with no dents or repairs. Stamped under base "S.Kirk&SonCo. 925/1000 184". Size: 10 inches high x 8 inches across handle/spout. A superb example of Baltimore silver.

Wonderful vintage mannequin from France; circa 1950's or 60's. Marked "Siegel et Stockman, Paris" on the back; size 46. Linen covered body has some very minor staining and very slight denting on one shoulder & one breast. The top cap does not fit flush against the neck of the mannequin, this is perhaps not the original body for the stand, but it is how we purchased it in France. Nothing to detract from the charm of this vintage dressform. Overall a wonderful decorative (or usable!) piece...

Newcomb College Art Pottery bowl with Narcissus. The sharply carved design is done in yellow, white, blue, and green glazes by Sadie Irvine. Potter was Joseph Meyer. Mr. Meyer and Miss Irvine are considered to be two of the best of Newcomb College pottery. The bowl is fully marked with the cipher for Newcomb College, artist and potters ciphers, GN46 for production year 1914. The bowl measures 6.5 inches in diameter and is 3 1/2 inches in height...

This excellent figure of a Blackamoor is made from black (dark amethyst) and lattimo glass with gold foil and gold powder, red glass accents his turban. The figure stands 10 1/2 inches (27 cm) tall and is 5 1/4 inches (13 cm) wide/deep. The figure shows great detail from the folds in the turban, to his gold accented, black buttoned shirt and his open waist coat. No chips,cracks or repairs.
