Delightful Hermes ring/trinket dish from the Art de la Table line. The dish features an Elephant balancing on a ball, a wide gold band and a thin blue band circle the rim of the dish. The dish is footed, and has a backing of suede. The dish is marked on the back with the pattern name "CIRCUS" and the Hermes back stamp, embossed into the suede. Marked "Labrut Freres France" on the back, these two unique plates have adorable graphics of children & animals. On one there is a young boy with a dog & a goat tumbling on top of him. On the other is a boy (with only one shoe & sock) walking with a girl & a dog. The plates have a pattern around the rims & are encircled with faded gold. They both have crazing throughout & are browned from age, but have no chips or cracks...
Vintage covered terrine from France in a beautiful provencal soft yellow color. In wonderful shape with only a small chip on the underside of the handle, does not detract at all from the charm of this piece. Crazing & wear throughout from age & use. Measures approx. 8 inches long, 5-1/2 inches wide & 4-1/2 inches high to top of handle. Stamped on the bottom with the number "6" & the letter "D" and on the underside of the cover with a "0".

This wonderful porcelain canister set is from France, circa 1930's. In addition to the five hexagonal-shaped canisters, there are also two small bowls which match the rust red & cheerful yellow check pattern.
